ATB Carbide Teeth

Our framing saw blades are equipped with premium ATB (Alternate Top Bevel) carbide teeth, providing clean and crisp cuts without burn marks. These teeth are engineered for exceptional sharpness and long-lasting performance, making them ideal for cutting a wide range of materials, including softwood, hardwood, laminate, plywood, chipboard, panels, FRP, MDF, and even wood with nails.

Fast Rip Cutting

The 7.25-inch circular saw blades with 24 teeth are designed for fast and efficient rip cutting. The larger cutting area and ATB carbide teeth make it effortless to tear through wood fibers. The specific tooth angle scores the wood surface before cutting, ensuring clean, precise cuts and minimal resistance during the cutting process. Once the first teeth have scored the fibers, they smoothly remove the wood chips.

Cutting Dimensions

Our circular saw blades, suitable for general purpose, feature a maximum cutting depth of 2-1/2 inches (63mm), ideal for cutting wood with thicknesses from 1 inch to 2-1/2 inches (25mm to 63mm). The bevel cutting depth is 1-3/4 inches (45mm), making them perfect for cutting construction wood such as 2x4 pine and 2x4 poplar.

Extended Service Life

Designed to withstand high-intensity wood cutting, KEENTECH's circular saw blades are made from high-quality steel with enhanced heat resistance and stability. These blades offer 5-10 times longer service life compared to standard saw blades. The four holes around the blade help expel wood chips and dissipate cutting heat, minimizing deformation and ensuring the blades remain intact.
